JOB TITLECorporate Counsel | MAF Global Solutions | Global Solutions EgyptRole SummaryThe position is for Associate Counsel to join MAF GS to provide legal support and advice across the various functions within the business. We are looking for a talented lawyer to support the Senior Legal Counsel. You will work closely with our stakeholders in Egypt and UAE.ROLE PROFILEAct as a business partner to and work closely with all departments within GS to provide legal advices, specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor complianceProactively identify and mitigate risks and deliver business - focused legal adviceProvide effective legal advice on various subjects/matters with the ability to develop and effectively communicate it, including the suggestion of alternative business solutions and best practices while considering client's role, objectives.Assess, manage, and prevent legal risks by research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts, memoranda and other documents of a contractual nature, while minimize the company’s legal risks.Work with our stakeholders in our internal policy as per the law and regulations.Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces by providing timely and effective legal advice parallelly achieving MAF objectives.Review commercial and corporate documents ensuring law, regulations and internal policies’ compliance.RequirementsBachelor and/or LLM of Law degree.Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.Open to travel when required.Strong sense of integrity and flexibility.Bilingual is a must: English and Arabic.What We OfferAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
