Corporate Credit Risk Analyst – Productive and Employee Loan

Job DescriptionFinancial Statement Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of corporate financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow) to assess a borrower's financial health, profitability, and cash flow generation.Credit Assessment & Modeling: Build and run financial models to project future performance and calculate critical credit metrics (e.g., debt-to-EBITDA). Determine the borrower's internal credit rating and risk profile.Underwriting & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive credit write-ups/memos detailing the findings, identifying risks, and recommending approval or denial of loan applications to the Credit Committee.Portfolio Monitoring: Continuously monitor a portfolio of corporate clients for compliance with loan covenants and track performance metrics. Identify and report early warning signs of financial distress.Risk Mitigation & Structuring: Recommend appropriate loan structures, collateral requirements, and pricing to mitigate identified credit risks and ensure the transaction aligns with the institution's risk appetiteIndustry Research & Compliance: Research industry trends and economic factors impacting borrowers. Ensure all credit decisions and processes adhere to internal risk policies and regulatory standards. QualificationsMinimum Bachelor degree in business/ finance/ accounting/ economics/ mathematics from a reputable universityMinimum 2+ years experience in related fieldFluent in English & IndonesiaProficient with Microsoft OfficeProficient with finansial modelling including forecasting financials, valuationsPossess basic knowledge of Indonesia taxationPossess high attention to detailHaving risk-related certification is a plus
