Corporate Development Analyst

Inventa Capital Operations Corp., a premier investment group focused in the mining sector, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Development Analyst to join our team. This role combines financial analysis, market research, and due diligence to support investment decisions in the natural resource sector. It is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, strategy, and technical analysis within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.Responsibilities (including but not limited to):·      Building advanced financial models, technical due diligence, and consolidating due diligence findings across various disciplines into clear, concise assessment summary presentations.·      Assist in the collaboration with cross-functional teams internally and externally to conduct in depth economic and technical due diligence.·      Support with the preparation of internal materials,·      Any other projects/duties that may arise from time to time as required by the role and/or at the request of the Director, Corporate Development.QualificationsBachelor’s degree (or in the final year of study) in Finance, Accounting, Business, Geology, mining engineering or a related field 1–5 years of relevant experience in corporate development, investment banking, or project evaluation in mining sector.  Financial modeling and valuation skillsFamiliarity with the mining industry, commodities, and capital markets preferred.Understanding of corporate finance, accounting, and investment principles.Research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear insights.Excellent command of Microsoft Suite, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Highly organized with strong time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.Job Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary: C$75,000.00 - $95,000 per yearWork Location: In person
