Unlike traditional real estate investors, our greatest analysts have migrated from fledging careers in corporate finance, corporate development, M&A business underwriting NOT bricks and sticks.The RoleAs an Analyst to Associate Analyst, you’ll join a lean, high-performing team responsible for sourcing, evaluating and underwriting new investment opportunities. Day-to-day, you’ll be:Running full three-statement models to stress-test business plans for credit worthinessConducting management interviews and market diligence (supplier checks, competitor mapping, channel analysis)Building and refining financial models in Excel (Python a plus but not essential)Supporting due diligence and investment committee materialsRecommendations for investmentYou’ll work directly with the Head of Investments and two outstanding Analysts, with plenty of exposure and responsibility from day one.
