Location: Bangkok, ThailandRank: SeniorJob DescriptionAssist ESG Committee in managing the Firm’s internal ESG strategy implementation; coordinate and oversee cross-functional working teams’ efforts in delivering ESG impact and embed ESG in operations process, create and maintain reports on program results; gather data and content for annual ESG report, website, prepare materials for updates to the ESG Committee, Advisory Board, Excom and Board of Directors.The role will also be responsible for helping drive both corporate ESG and CSR program that includes staff engagement, employee volunteer program management and community engagement to impact local communities which will help establishing KPMG as a leader in ESG and corporate citizenship by supporting ESG / CSR reporting communications and overall programs.ResponsibilitiesSupport ESG Committee on ESG/CSR initiatives, assist in development and implement ESG/CSR framework align with corporate directions both local and globally. Collaborates with other departments within the Firm and with external organizations to ensure successful planning and execution of Corporate ESG & CSR strategy InitiativesDevelop and implement an innovative approach to strengthen ESG/CSR awareness internally and externally though new campaigns, activities, and partnership focusing on climate actions and quality educationLead ESG and CSR activities by identifying activities, planning, engaging staff, monitoring and evaluating results and impactWork and support ESG Committee on CSR initiatives aspect, take lead in the development of innovative and effective CSR program strategies/initiatives encompassing workplace, community, and marketplace issues that align to the emerging CSR strategy and Firm’s local and global strategies.Support internal ESG efforts by promoting employee engagement in both CSR and environmental aspects, helping to foster a culture of sustainability and responsible practices.Gather data and content for annual Corporate Impact Report (Sustainability) and providing information for website updatesSupport preparation of ESG materials, presentations, and internal briefings/updates to ESG Committee, Advisory Board, Excom and Board as neededServe as the primary point of contact for Corporate ESG/CSR related inquiries from community and internal operations teams, including manage responses to internal and external ESG /CSR inquiriesProvide other administrative support and coordinator in matters related to ESG and CSR as requestedQualificationsBachelor’s degree in related fieldAt least 5 years working experience, preferably experience in ESG, Sustainability, CSR fieldsBroad knowledge of key ESG/ sustainability topics and trends (e.g. sustainable finance, climate change, data and technology innovation)Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams, departments, and levelsExcellent organizational and project management skillsGood personality with excellent interpersonal skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills both in Thai and EnglishProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
