Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.Job Title: Corporate Field Sales Manager, KoreaReports to: Head of Corporate & Partner Driven, KoreaTravel Requirement: Approximately 10% (annual SAP sales kickoff events, strategic account coverage, and partner engagements as required)Role SummaryThe Corporate Field Sales Manager will lead a team of senior sales professionals responsible for driving cloud transformation across existing on-premises customers and expanding SAP’s footprint with new customers through Public Cloud ERP and AI-driven solutions.This role requires a performance-driven, action-oriented, and creative leader who can execute SAP’s corporate strategy in Korea, manage a diverse partner ecosystem, and collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholders to accelerate customer success and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Corporate Field Sales team to achieve revenue targets, drive pipeline generation, and ensure strong execution across all quarters. Drive on-premises to cloud conversion for existing customers and lead new customer acquisition in Public Cloud and AI solution areas. Execute on the go-to-market strategy for the corporate segment in alignment with regional and market unit leadership. Develop and implement demand generation and account engagement plans to build a healthy pipeline and ensure sustainable growth. Collaborate closely with Partner Driven (PD) teams and external partners to execute joint sales motions and strengthen SAP’s market presence. Act as a key interface with strategic customers and C-level executives, supporting business reviews and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes accountability, speed, and creativity in sales execution. Inspire and influence both direct and cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals, removing obstacles and driving alignment across the business. Support innovation and adoption of AI-enabled sales tools and digital sales processes to increase efficiency and competitiveness. Represent SAP externally with customers, partners, and industry communities to enhance brand reputation and business development opportunities.Team Management Lead and coach a team of experienced, senior-level account executives in the Corporate Field segment. Act as a role model leader, providing real-time coaching, recognition, and continuous feedback to drive excellence and engagement. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, building a motivated, results-oriented team with a clear growth mindset. Connect strategy to execution by translating company goals into measurable team objectives and actionable plans. Encourage collaboration and alignment between Field and Partner teams to maximize market coverage and customer success.Experience & Qualifications 15+ years of experience in enterprise software or IT solution sales, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Proven success in cloud transformation, digital innovation, and AI-related sales initiatives. Experience managing and coaching high-performing sales teams in a complex, fast-paced environment. Strong background in consultative and value-based selling to senior business and IT executives. Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex contracts and manage enterprise-level customer relationships. Ability to work effectively across matrix organizations and with diverse partner ecosystems.
