该职位来源于猎聘ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage M&A transaction projects, with the support of junior members and under the overall guidance of the Partner and Director.Prepare pitch documents such as proposals, teasers and information memorandum.Independently take initiatives in business origination.Jointly work with and actively interact/collaborate with the global Corporate Finance teams across the PwC network.Facilitate and supervise the conduct of market research.Compile financial models and provide valuation analysis.Work in conjunction with various professional advisors, including lawyers, to facilitate the preparation of Letters of Intent, terms sheets and Sale and Purchase Agreements.Perform high-level financial analysis.Participate in meetings among clients, counterparts and various professionals and provide support to the clients in the negotiations, due diligence and deal-closing processes.Guide and mentor a team of juniors.Requirements5 to 7 years of corporate finance and/or transaction advisory experience with investment banks, consulting professional firms or corporations.Strong financial background with a solid understanding of M&A processes and familiarity with business valuation and financial modelling.Dynamic personality with the ability to demonstrate leadership and inspire trust in clients.Possesses excellent verbal and written communication abilities as well as strong analytical and evaluation skills, while demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail when working in a fast-paced environment.Enjoy working as part of a multi-cultural team.A high-level self- initiative person with strong resilience.A positive attitude and strong organisational skills are essential.Strong understanding of the local market and good networking skills.Having ACCA, AICPA, CICPA qualification or passing CFA exam is an advantageProfessional proficiency in English and Mandarin ChineseWillingness to travel Summary of Line of Service Corporate Finance team helps clients do better deals and create value through mergers, acquisitions, disposals and restructuring. We provide financial and strategic advice to our clients contemplating Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions, specially focused on cross boarder buy-side and sell-side initiatives. PwC China Corporate Finance is frequently appointed as financial advisor for both multinational and domestic companies. In assuming the role of lead deal financial advisor, we provide the following key value-added services:Deal origination and evaluationIdentification of potential targets/investorsProviding deal structural adviceValuation advisoryNegotiation supportRegulatory and compliance matters advisory; andProject management Job Summary Our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals. Those in Corporate Finance will provide strategic financial advice and solutions to help clients navigating complex transactions, and to optimise their capital structure. We expect you have the capability to independently develop a lead into mandate, and to execute deal with experienced financial data analysis and valuation modeling capability, strong sense to manage due diligence and to bridge different stakeholders’ interests throughout different nature transactions as a project leader.
