We provide the following services to businesses (and their investors) with an Enterprise Value of £20 million to £200 million:Sell side M&ABuy side M&AFollow on fund raising Commercial Due Diligence ServicesData and Intelligence ServicesThe Corporate Finance Unit is the transactional division of the Group that helps founders, owners and corporates prepare, fund, acquire or sell their business. This enables our client to make the right strategic decisions when transacting. The Corporate Finance Unit has historically achieved well above industry performance metrics  in M&A and Institutional growth funding transactions.THE ROLEBean Partners is currently seeking a passionate and motivated individual to work as a Corporate Finance Analyst in our London Office.This role requires strong financial modelling and analytical skills combined with high quality written and oral communication. The successful candidate will be based in London and will work closely with and learn from the rest of the execution team and senior partners across the globe, offering a great opportunity for learning and development.RESPONSIBILITIESExecute end-to-end M&A and growth funding transactions, including support on client onboarding, preparation of deal documents, managing and evaluating initial offers and  running negotiations, due diligence and the legal process through to completion.Prepare high-quality marketing materials including information memorandums, investor presentations, valuation analysis documents, deal teasers and metrics packs to attract investors and acquirers.Build and manage advanced 3-statement financial models (DCF, LBO, scenario analyses) using our templates to support deal execution and strategic decision-making.Analyse financial models and forecasts to develop financial metrics and KPI’s.Create additional metrics packs.Research transaction data, identify trends and benchmarks.Develop valuation models based on transactional analysis and cash flow modelling.Research potential investors and acquirers in related and specific sectors/industries.Support the preparation of professional investor presentations.Support approaches to potential investors / acquirers of our portfolio of clients.Create bespoke documentation as required to support transactions.Support due diligence processes and manage due diligence data rooms.Maintain and improve all Corporate Finance templates as appropriate.Maintain investor databases.Negotiate deal terms with investors, acquirers, and legal advisors, ensuring optimal valuation, favorable transaction structures, and alignment with client objectives.Collaborate with C-Suite executives and cross-functional stakeholders to oversee complex negotiations, financial due diligence, and transaction execution.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEExperience as a financial or business analyst is required, ideally at a financial institution or consulting firm.Proven and deep financial modelling and analysis experience and an advanced user of Microsoft Excel.Knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts and principles.Adept with using research databases.Data storytelling ability.Experience working with cloud based collaboration tools.PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICSStrong attention to detail.Passionate problem solver.Good ability to communicate.Able to summarise complex and detailed information in a way that can be understood.Deep client care and proactive client managementQUALIFICATIONSEducated to Degree level or above.CFI, IMC, CFA Level 1 or similar qualifications preferred but not essential.APPLICATIONSAll qualified and interested applicants should apply via LinkedIn job post.Bean Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
