Drive Performance – Track and analyse KPIs, costs, and key operational metrics to give clear, meaningful insights to stakeholders. Bring the Numbers to Life – Build and refine financial models to support costing, logistics planning, and forecasting. Be a Trusted Partner – Work closely with supply chain and manufacturing teams to translate financial insights into real-world improvements. Support the Forecasting Cycle – Help deliver accurate budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports. Make Things Better – Develop dashboards, streamline processes, and find smarter ways to give the business visibility and control.What We’re Looking ForYou might be a recent graduate with a couple of years’ experience in finance or data analysis — or someone ready to take on a broader analytical challenge in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong Excel skills and confidence with financial or data analysis tools. A natural problem-solver with an eye for detail and curiosity to understand why things happen. Clear communicator — able to make numbers tell a story. A team player who enjoys collaborating across departments.
