One of our key areas of support is for Aster Chemicals & Energy (ACE), a leading chemical and energy solutions provider in Singapore and the Asia Pacific. ACE combines the legacy of Singapore’s first oil refinery with cutting-edge petrochemical operations, jointly owned by Chandra Asri Group and Glencore, one of the world’s largest natural resource companies.PURPOSEManage in providing support to financial planning and analysis activities which include development and maintenance of financial modelling for business plan, weekly forecast and monthly reporting to support a company's major business decisions and overall financial health.Job AccountabilitiesOversee and manage a team of analysts to ensure timeliness and robustness of reports.Manage in maintaining a consistent and accurate database of financial and operational information for various external users (lenders, rating, capital market etc) to ensure credibility of used database.Manage the periodical maintenance of compliance activities including interaction with other departments and/or external parties to ensure all insurance related requirements are complied by company.Support the overall insurance program of Aster Group of companies, including settlement and coding of premiums, monthly/quarterly/annual reporting.Manage preparation of regular reporting to ensure stakeholders obtain a proper understanding about the current financial condition.RequirementsBachelor degree in Finance/AccountingHaving minimum of 6 to 8 years relevant experienceExperience in supervisory level in corporate finance area in manufacturing company, preferably in petrochemical industry.Experience in leading a teamGood English is a mustIf you’re ready to bring your skills to a dynamic environment where your work makes an impact across industries and borders, we’d love to hear from you.
