Visit here for more informationJob DescriptionAssist in preparing investor and management presentations for investor relations purposesKeep abreast of market trends and competitor strategiesUpdate 5-year investor-facing financial model for the Group through interaction with key stakeholders across the businessAssist the team in identifying and analyze potential M&A and partnership opportunitiesSupport the implementation and integration of M&A, post-merger integration work, and partnership initiatives as they ariseCollaborate on ad-hoc projects and activities relating to corporate development and corporate strategy to support the team and senior managementQualificationsThis is a full-time, 6-month internship starting January 2026.Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or any related field (second- or third-year students preferred.)Demonstrable familiarity and/or interest in accounting, corporate finance, and/or startupsProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation creationGood financial modeling skills with an understanding of revenue and cost driversExcellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationshipsAbility to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality outputsPossesses analytical rigor and a structured thought process that can be clearly articulatedExperience in similar positions or previous internships in finance will be a plusAvailable to commit to full-time work for 6 monthsAdditional InformationBy proceeding with your application, you are adhering to our PDPA policies.
