Corporate Governance Administrator, Cayman IslandsThis is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually in Bermuda and from our Hamilton office.Aon is in the business of better decisionsAt Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.As an organisation, we are united through trust as one inclusive team and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What The Day Will Look LikeConducting Bridger / Dow Jones screeningsAuthorizing Counterparties in ACDUpdating the GRC system role assignments based on the Client Allocations fileConducting Google searches in accordance with ACIM AML policyUpdating D&O and Alternate Director trackers and following up as needed with the captive insurance management teamKeeping up with CIMA regulatory updatesAssisting with ad hoc queries from Financial Crime Team and Global Compliance TeamClearance of inconclusive alerts generated from Bridger screeningAct as SME for ACD, addressing any issues raised by colleagues, including removal of obsolete counterparties and reviewing counterparties by client context annually to ensure continued relevancePerform periodic sample testing of annual Account Planning formsEnsuring CRAFs are updated in GRC by the captive insurance management team in accordance with appropriate cadenceAssistance with production of board material for AIMC and ARSCAssistance with Certificate issuanceAssistance with reviewing renewals and endorsements for the policies, BPAs, and aiding with contract signingSkills And Experience That Will Lead To SuccessPrior knowledge of captive insurance companies is an advantageGeneral accounting / bookkeeping experience, either in similar industry or auditPrior experience with Corporate Governance and / or Compliance procedures is desirableProficient in Excel and WordAcute attention to detailStrong communication skillsClient / Task focusedHow We Support Our ColleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
