Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer based in Dubai. The Corporate Lawyer will provide legal counsel on corporate governance, manage contract drafting and negotiations, ensure regulatory compliance, and handle mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. The role also involves identifying legal risks and proposing proactive solutions for the business, as well as advising senior management on legal issues and their implications. Qualifications Expertise in Corporate Law, Contract Law, and Commercial TransactionsKnowledge of Regulatory Compliance, Legal Research, and Risk ManagementStrong skills in Negotiation, Drafting Contracts, and Legal DocumentationExcellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skillsBachelor's or Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law; additional certifications in Corporate Law are a plusMinimum of 5 years of experience in corporate or business law practiceAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentFamiliarity with laws and regulations relevant to the UAE is highly advantageous
