We are seeking a Junior Corporate / Commercial Lawyer to join our client’s legal team on a contract basis. This is a great opportunity to work with a fast-growing e-commerce logistics company and gain exposure to diverse legal and commercial matters.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including commercial agreements, supplier contracts, partnership agreements, and other legal documents Provide general employment advice regarding employment law, employee relations, and policies Manage legal administrative tasks such as maintaining legal records, preparing legal reports, and supporting compliance activities Advise on corporate matters, including governance, compliance, and regulatory obligations Offer commercial legal guidance to support business operations Keep abreast of relevant laws and regulations to ensure the company remains compliant.
