Corporate (Mid Level Associate) 

The Role:We are partnering with an International Law Firm to hire an M&A lawyer to join their leading Corporate practice based in Jakarta as International Counsel. This is a strategic hire supporting their growing Corporate M&A team on high-profile, cross-border transactions across South East Asia and the UK in sectors including financial services and projects/energy.You will play a key role in complex corporate transactions, from drafting and negotiating agreements to managing due diligence and coordinating with international teams.
