With a strong presence in major infrastructure and offshore projects, the company is committed to delivering world-class solutions while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and environmental stewardship.Job DescriptionAs a Senior Permit Compliance, your main responsibilities will include:Overseeing the permitting process to ensure compliance with all local and national regulations in the energy and natural resources industry.Preparing and submitting regulatory documentation and reports accurately and on time.Prepare and submit permit applications for infrastructure or offshore projects.Ensure accuracy and completeness of technical and regulatory documentation.Liaise with government agencies and stakeholders to monitor approval processes.Track and update permitting timelines and regulatory submissions.Coordinate with internal teams to align technical and compliance requirements.Maintain structured databases and archives of regulatory correspondence.Support audits and inspections as needed.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Marine Engineering, Law, or related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in permitting or regulatory compliance, preferably in oil & gas or infrastructure.Strong understanding of Indonesian permitting systems (OSS, SIPUHH, SINERGY, UKL/UPL, AMDAL) or maritime/offshore regulations.Familiarity with midstream or offshore operations and associated regulatory pathways.Proficient in Microsoft Office and document control tools.Excellent organizational and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.What's on OfferBe part of a high-impact global organization shaping the future of energy.Work on complex, large-scale projects that challenge and grow your expertise.Collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.Access professional development opportunities and career advancement within a multinational setting.Contact: Sherlyn AndikaQuote job ref: JN-112025-6885049
