Job RequirementsDue to ongoing growth and consistent workflow, we are currently seeking a Paralegal to support our Singapore-based corporate practice. The role presents a fantastic opportunity to join an international firm of industry experts, acting on behalf of a growing and diverse local and international client base.Key ResponsibilitiesConducting legal research related to a broad spectrum of non-contentious practice areas (in particular, corporate M&A, corporate finance, technology, media & telecom (TMT), corporate secretarial and employment / immigration);Preparing advice based on the legal research conducted;Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including agreements, resolutions, and policies;Conducting large document reviews and proof reading of materials; andProject management on corporate transactional / advisory matters across multiple jurisdictions.Candidate profilePrevious paralegal experience, preferably relating to corporate, TMT, intellectual property, and employmentEducated to Diploma in Law level, or local or foreign equivalent qualificationExcellent attention to detail and able to manage competing priorities and work with tight timelinesProven ability to work as part of a successful teamStrong research and problem solving skillsProven initiative and ability to work independentlyExcellent English verbal and written communication skillsFluent in Mandarin (reading, writing and oral).When you work at Clyde & Co, you join a team of 490 partners, 2,400 lawyers, 3,200 legal professionals and 5,500 people in nearly 70 offices and associated offices worldwide.
