Overall Job ResponsibilityAs part of the Partnerships team, you will work with the team to establish strategic partnerships with organisations which are keen to partner SG Enable on multiple fronts to bring significant brand value, assets, and/or resources (including donations) to SG Enable. You will take lead in promoting and advancing disability-inclusive practices in identified sectors by working with a cross-division team.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPartnerships Development and ManagementIdentify, engage and manage local and international partners interested in collaborating with SG Enable across areas such as inclusive hiring, accessibility and innovation projects, consumer inclusiveness and volunteerism, by coordinating with internal business units, where relevant Serve as Account Manager for assigned strategic partners, and as key point of contact to coordinate cross-functional efforts with relevant internal business units to ensure alignment and timely execution of agreed partnerships outcomes Functional Role: Consumer Inclusiveness (CI)Drive the organisation’s efforts to promote disability-inclusive practices beyond social services, enabling greater inclusion in daily living, community, and social-recreational activities.Develop and refine the overall CI strategy and sector-specific roadmaps in collaboration with team members Support in the business development and promotion of CI - SG Enable’s offering that supports organisations in becoming more disability-inclusive in its products and services through training and accessibility consultancy Design and implement a programme evaluation framework to measure the effectiveness and impact of CI engagementsTrack, consolidate and report CI-related key performance indicators on a quarterly and yearly basisMaintain and oversee the workflows for CI delivery by internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and service qualityWork closely with internal business units to project demand and facilitate fulfilment of requests for CI-related services from external organisations Sector Lead RoleFront and triage new interests from organisations in assigned sectors to relevant divisions for further engagement and follow-up Build and maintain relationships with organisations interested in areas of work overseen by the Partnerships team (CI, Volunteerism, International Relations, Corporate relations) to deepen partnershipsConduct sectoral scans and maintain an up-to-date understanding of the landscape to identify key players, emerging trends and new opportunities; surface sector-specific opportunities and priorities to relevant divisions to support coordinated and strategic engagementsOperational and Administrative SupportSupport the team in managing the Partnerships mailbox: triage incoming queries, direct them to the appropriate business units, and track follow-ups to ensure timely closureProvide administrative support, including scheduling of meetings, preparation of meeting materials and minute- takingRepresent SG Enable at partnership- related events such as networking events, webinarsUndertake additional duties and special projects as assigned to support broader team and organisational goalsQualifications, Knowledge And ExperienceDegree holder in relevant disciplineMinimum 5 years of relevant experience, including proven experience in business development, corporate relations, partnership development, stakeholder engagement or a related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholdersDemonstrable ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and negotiate partnerships that align with organisational goalsStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlinesStrong team player and able to work independentlyPassion for the organisation’s mission and a commitment to making a positive social impactProficient in Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPointAbility to perform data analytics is a plusAdditional InformationSend your resume to us by clicking the “Drop your resume / Apply” button now, or you can also email us at careers@sgenable.sgPlease State In Your Detailed Resume Your Current and expected salaries and annual package Reason for leaving current employment (if applicable)We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be informed.
