We’re looking for a Corporate Development & Strategy Associate to join our team and play a hands-on role in driving acquisitions, building scalable processes, and executing high-impact strategic projects.This is an ideal opportunity for someone with investment banking, transaction advisory, or corporate development experience who wants to be closer to execution, strategy, and value creation within a growing operating company.What You’ll DoDeal Execution: Support the full M&A lifecycle, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence coordination, preparation of investment memos, transaction execution, and post-close integration activities.Market & Target Analysis: Conduct industry research to identify market trends, strategic opportunities, and competitive dynamics.Investment Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors throughout the diligence and transaction process. Review due diligence findings, assess financial and operational implications, and incorporate results into budgeting and forecasting models. Monitor and forecast debt covenant compliance and other key financial thresholds.Cross-Functional Support: Partner with Finance, Integration, and Operations teams to ensure acquisitions are executed smoothly and integrated effectively. Support the development of integration plans, performance tracking, and reporting on strategic initiatives. Who You Are2 - 4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, transaction advisory, or management consulting.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; comfortable assessing deal economics and risks.Excellent communicator able to synthesize complex information clearly and build credibility with senior leaders.Entrepreneurial and adaptable; thrives in a high growth, evolving environment.Highly organized, with a bias for action and ownership.Why JoinYou’ll be part of a small, high-performing team building a North American platform from the ground up.
