They’ll look to you for tips on outreach, objection handling, and turning prospects into qualified leads, while you keep an eye on their performance metrics and pipeline forecasts. At the same time, you’ll work cross-functionally to align messaging and strategies, streamline processes, adopt and scale tools, hire, onboard, and keep your team motivated and engaged. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐬 (𝐊𝐏𝐌𝐬): Everyone wants to know what’s expected of them, and they want to be supported in achieving those goals too.
