Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:• Oversee daily team activities and provide guidance and support to team members in resolving challenges and overcoming obstacles.• Support the operations supervisor in planning, development, monitoring, and control activities.• Maintain and update the customer database according to company regulations.• Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.• Participate in testing new projects.• Deputize for the supervisor in conducting meetings and following up on assigned tasks.• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.• Review workflows and procedures to identify and address service gaps, enhance productivity, and ensure excellence.• Handle escalated customer complaints and cases from team members, implementing solutions and preventing recurrence.• Identify opportunities for service improvement and propose recommendations to management.• Achieve departmental KPIs of 90% for turnaround time and 90% for quality.• Lead the team in achieving operational objectives related to service turnaround time and quality KPIs.• Ensure effective training for team members and new hires.• Guarantee timely and accurate billing cycles for corporate clients.• Conduct regular audits of team members' administrative outputs.• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.Job Specifications:Qualifications - Education / Certification• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.• 6-8 years of experience in any relevant field.Soft Skills & Behavioural Competencies• Proficiency in English language and computer skills.• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.• Proactive and results-oriented approach• Possess in-depth understanding and knowledge of corporate insurance Products• Good people management skills
