Seeking a balanced team across the company we welcome applications from all qualified candidates with various educational and industry experiences, cultural or ethical backgrounds, and different life experiences or abilities, regardless of their religious or philosophical beliefs or whomever they choose to love.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the global GxP Training Program – design, implement, and continuously improve GxP, GMP, Quality Fundamentals, and Data Integrity training across all Zentiva sites.Own GxP training needs analysis & performance monitoring – develop tools to assess training needs, track KPIs, analyze effectiveness, and report insights to senior management.Create and maintain quality training materials & methods – develop impactful manuals, e-learning, and training resources aligned with QMS requirements, using effective learning techniques.Support and enhance the Corporate QMS – contribute to QMS gap assessments, QMS improvements, development of policies, guidelines, quality governance, and alignment with ICH/ISO standards.Drive quality culture & cross-functional collaboration – support quality mindset development, facilitate knowledge-sharing networks, participate in audits, and engage with global teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.Lead Data Integrity and compliance initiatives – develop and deploy the Data Integrity Prevention Master Plan, contribute to regulatory intelligence, and ensure training and processes support proactive compliance.QualificationsUniversity degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or relevant Life Science fieldMinimum of 8 years in similar role or QMS role in pharma companyExtensive experience in quality management within the pharmaceutical industryIn-depth knowledge of international standards (e.g., ICH, ISO) and regulatory requirementsExperience delivering trainingExperience with learning management systemProven leadership skills, including the ability to drive change and foster a culture of qualityExperience in transformation, working in dynamic environmentAdvanced knowledge of English, Czech language is an advantageSkilled in Communication (impactful, assertive, and persuasive) Sense of urgency, high autonomy & stress resistance, agile personalityProven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable, open minded, positive, and energetic personPossess strong continuous improvement mindset, negotiation and influencing skillsWhat Is In It For YouAn opportunity to work for a successful international pharmaceutical companyAn opportunity to learn newest approaches in managing creative and highly adaptive business organizationsPleasant and dynamic working environmentContinuous personal developmentAn attractive compensation & benefits packageAbove-standard social and benefit programAbout UsWe are proud that our people at Zentiva inspire enthusiasm and a strong sense of collaboration in each other.
