As an Application Administrator your role will be:Support and maintenance of key banking applications in production and non-production environments, including Windows-based applications and servicesMonitoring and ensuring maximum availability of systems (core banking, payments, internet/mobile banking, reporting and internal tools)Troubleshooting and resolving incidents across supported environments and services, incl. escalation and root-cause analysis.
