Job Description

Identify and target corporate clients for commercial units Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, institutions, and business owners Present available commercial properties to corporate clients and conduct site tours when needed Handle end-to-end corporate sales cycle including proposals, negotiations, and closing deals Prepare and deliver professional presentations tailored to each corporate client Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure accurate and updated project data Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and pricing of commercial propertiesRequirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate or B2B corporate sales Strong network with companies, institutions, clinics, labs, and corporate clients Excellent negotiation and communication skills Strong presentation and client-handling skills Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets Good command of English and proficiency in MS Office
