Role Description We are seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist based on-site in Alexandria, Egypt. The specialist will be responsible for planning and executing sales and marketing strategies, identifying customer needs, maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting MetLife's diverse insurance and financial products. This role will also involve providing support and training for sales team development, as well as analyzing market trends to enhance business growth. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to manage client interactions effectivelyProven experience in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed goalsExperience in Training to support the professional development of team membersAbility to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordinglyProficient in building relationships and driving customer satisfactionBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantageProficiency in Arabic and English is beneficial
