Role Description The Insurance Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt. The responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and mentoring a team of insurance agents, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, offering tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves monitoring team performance, providing feedback, and collaborating with internal departments to support business objectives. Qualifications Expertise in Insurance Sales and background in Insurance operationsStrong Customer Service skills to effectively address client needsKnowledge and experience in FinanceProven ability in Team Management, with leadership and coaching abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in problem-solving and decision-makingBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldWork experience in life insurance or Takaful insurance is a strong advantage
