If you share these values and want to work in a company that prioritizes growth and collaboration, we have the perfect opportunity for you!Job description:Conduct independent research on chemical compounds: Gather and analyze data from diverse sources (scientific publications, patents, industry press, and online databases) to assess technical feasibility (e.g. production route) and market potential with competitor analysis. Manage technical projects: Act as project manager during the initial stages of development for selected new topics, ensuring proper planning, coordination, and execution of early-phase activities.Facilitate knowledge transfer: Share insights with other departments to ensure full understanding of chemical properties, production processes, and market context.Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies: Stay updated on advancements in chemical production technologies and regulatory changes to identify strategic opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with R&D, production, and business development teams to align research findings with organizational capabilities and goals.Support intellectual property strategy: Identify potential patent opportunities and ensure freedom-to-operate for new chemical processes.Prepare structured opportunity reports and proposals: Develop comprehensive reports and recommendations to support internal decision-making processes regarding new product development. Requirements: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in research and market analysis within the chemical sector or a closely related industry, ideally involving cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science or a closely related technical field, with a strong academic foundation and practical orientation Previous experience in R&D or consulting. Familiarity with commercial and technical trends in chemistry Strong analyticasl skills in both scientific and market data. Ability to extract insights from literature, reports, and patents, and translate them into actionable recommendations regarding further development of selected products (Ability to prepare executive summary of selected chemical from technical and market perspective) Highly developed communication skills – clear presentation of analysis results with recommendations and effective teamwork communication. Independence and initiative in action (information searching, proposing solutions) while maintaining good work organization (timeliness, reliability).
