With Outlets in Lahore & IslamabadRole DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Corporate Sales Manager to join our team in Islamabad. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic corporate sales initiatives, managing key client relationships and leading the corporate sales team to achieve ambitious business targets.JD'sDevelop and implement effective corporate sales strategies to achieve company sales and growth objectives.Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients and strategic partners.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.Lead the corporate sales team by setting goals, providing coaching and monitoring performance.Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, reports and performance analyses for senior management.Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.Represent the company at corporate events, trade shows and industry gatherings to enhance brand visibility.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.5+ years of experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in a leadership role.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.Job Timings: 1100 AM to 0800 PM.
