Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate at our location in Karachi Central District. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting eyewear that meets their vision and style preferences, providing expert advice on products, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Additional duties include maintaining product displays, handling sales transactions, and staying updated on eyewear trends and product knowledge to offer informed recommendations. Qualifications Customer service and interpersonal communication skills to assist and engage with customers effectively.Knowledge of sales strategies, product promotion, and experience in achieving sales targets.Ability to handle transactions, operate point-of-sale systems, and manage accurate record keeping.Basic understanding of eyewear products, vision solutions, and ongoing willingness to learn about advancements in the field.Strong organizational and time-management skills for maintaining store operations and inventory.High level of professionalism and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Previous experience in retail, optical, or a related field is an advantage.Educational background: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications or training in sales or optical services are preferred but not required.
