The company created and innovated new fragrance lines, expanding its customer base and venturing into retail, reaching over 300 sales outlets in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the UAE, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar.Job ObjectiveDevelop and implement B2B sales strategies, build strong client relationships, identify new market opportunities, and analyze sales data.Key Requirements :Experience in perfume companies only.Experience in B2B sales.Fluency in spoken and written English.Proficiency in preparing monthly reports.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Effective communication skills.Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.Leadership and supervisory skills.Main Responsibilities :Develop strategic B2B sales plans in accordance with the company's overall objectives and the target market.Analyze markets and competitors to identify new B2B sales opportunities.Set annual and quarterly B2B sales targets.Identify target segments and key customers.Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.Identify new leads and appropriate distribution channels.Develop annual and quarterly B2B sales plans.Build and manage long-term customer relationships.Visit potential and existing customers and deliver compelling presentations.Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide recommendations to management.Track and analyze B2B sales data, including sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs.Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide recommendations to management.Educational Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience :8-10 yearsSalary RangeBased on experience
