Corporate Sales Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with businesses in the real estate sector, including developers, brokers, and agencies. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying client needs, and offering tailored solutions to maximize client success using the platform.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition: Identify and engage potential B2B clients, including real estate developers, brokers, and agencies, to showcase solutions.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.Needs Assessment: Conduct detailed consultations to understand client business objectives and provide customized solutions.Product Knowledge: Stay updated on products and services, ensuring the ability to effectively communicate their value to clients.Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide feedback to the sales manager for strategy optimization.Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer support, and technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience.QualificationsExperience: Minimum 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the Real Estate, Banking, Software, Insurance or Online Marketplace Industries.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.Self-motivated and goal-oriented.Adaptable and quick to learn.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple accounts.
