Our client is a market leader and they are now seeking an experienced Corporate Secretarial to join their team in Singapore.The RoleExtensive knowledge and practical experience with offshore jurisdictions and their corporate legal frameworks — including but not limited to the British Virgin Islands (BVI), Cayman Islands, Seychelles, Mauritius, and various Asia-Pacific regions.Demonstrated expertise in corporate restructuring, covering processes such as share transfers, capital adjustments (increases/decreases), mergers, and company dissolutions.Strong grasp of cross-border regulatory compliance, including Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) disclosures, Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) documentation, and statutory filings.Proficient in drafting and managing corporate governance documents, such as board and shareholder resolutions, annual returns, and statutory registers.Solid understanding of corporate group structures and intercompany dynamics, including holding companies, subsidiaries, and joint ventures.To QualifyICSA graduate or Diploma in Law or Business (Legal studies)Minimum 3 years of experience in both corporate secretarial and paralegal work would be an advantagePossess good communication and interpersonal skills, must be meticulous and self-drivenBe able to work well with minimal supervision and can work under pressureGood command of written and spoken EnglishIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now'If this job isn't quite right for you but you are looking for a new position, please contact us @ + 6645 4540 / hsingh@sg.drakeintl.com for a confidential discussion on your career.License No: 11C3510 / EA Reg ID: R1658237
