This is a full-time, on-site role focused on client advisory, business development, and relationship management within the field of corporate and legal services. The ideal candidate will act as both an advisor and deal-closer — engaging new leads, identifying client needs, providing tailored corporate structuring advice, and guiding clients throughout the entire engagement lifecycle. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth while maintaining the firm’s high standards of service excellence and regulatory compliance.Client Advisory & SalesAdvise clients on UAE corporate structures, company formations, SPVs, foundations, licensing, and restructuring options based on their strategic goals.Identify client needs, propose tailored service packages, prepare quotations and engagement proposals.Deliver persuasive presentations and pitches to prospective clients, converting inquiries into signed engagements.Maintain a high conversion rate by effectively following up with leads and managing the sales pipeline. Client Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and professional advice throughout the delivery process.Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and potential for cross-selling or upselling additional services.Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, entrepreneurs, and professional intermediaries. Service Delivery CoordinationCoordinate with internal departments (legal compliance, operations, PROs) to ensure seamless and timely delivery of services such as business setup, visas, licensing, and banking assistance.Ensure that all documentation and corporate filings meet UAE legal and regulatory requirements.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE laws, free zone and mainland regulations, immigration procedures, and banking requirements.Stakeholder & Market EngagementDevelop and maintain relationships with key government entities, free zone authorities, and banking institutions to facilitate efficient processing.Stay informed of changes in legislation, market trends, and competitor offerings to provide strategic insights and improve client offerings.Team Collaboration & LeadershipWork collaboratively with other consultants, associates, and support staff to ensure efficient workflow and excellent client experience.Provide guidance to junior staff or administrative personnel where required. Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in a corporate services, legal consultancy, or business setup advisory role in the UAE.Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and deal closure within the professional services or corporate advisory sector.Strong understanding of UAE corporate structures, company formation procedures, immigration and visa regulations, and banking processes.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (Arabic or Russian proficiency is an advantage).Professional, client-centric approach with strong business acumen and attention to detail.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under pressure.
