The role carries full P&L accountability, driving profitability and positioning FAMCO Al-Futtaim as a market leader in the used equipment segment.What You Will DoDevelop and implement a regional strategy for sourcing and selling used trucks, buses, and industrial equipment.Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in GCC and European markets.Build and sustain supplier networks (OEMs, fleet operators, trade-in programs).Oversee multi-channel sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.Manage end-to-end financial performance, ensuring cost control and profitability.Standardize operations and processes across the region to ensure quality and efficiency.Lead, mentor, and develop a regional team, promoting a culture of accountability and innovation.Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including OEMs, dealers, financiers, and customers.Required Skills To Be SuccessfulStrong leadership and strategic management capabilities.Proven commercial acumen with full P&L ownership experience.Deep understanding of the used business and remarketing process across GCC markets.Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Ability to drive operational excellence and digital transformation.Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.About The TeamYou will be part of the FAMCO Al-Futtaim Automotive Division, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
