The firm's reputation for excellence attracts both great clients and great lawyers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role located either in our Tel Aviv or Manchester office for a Corporate Lawyer. A large part of the Corporate Lawyer's work will be M&A transactions and investment related deals.QualificationsExpertise in Corporate Law. Banking and Finance experience is an advantageUK Qualified Solicitor, 2-4 years PQE; other common law jurisdictions will be consideredExcellent academic credentials and strong analytical skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a team
