This role is perfect for someone passionate about wine education and eager to elevate both team capabilities and customer experience strategically.Key ResponsibilitiesWine training for internal team (Conduct short, effective on-site training sessions and wine demonstrations)Assisting with wine portfolio curation (profiles, tasting notes, and food pairing best practices)Supporting wine education programs & content developmentCollaborate with the leadership team to ensure product understanding aligns with company goalsOffice admin tasks related to wine operationsRequirementsFluent in English (spoken and written)Preferably WSET Level 3 certifiedBased in Johor Bahru or available to work on-site1-3 years of experience in the wine or hospitality industryStrong Wine knowledge and confident presentation skillsExperience in training or customer-facing roles in hospitality/wineProactive, collaborative, and comfortable working with top management
