OverviewEssential Function: An expert in digital graphic design. Responsible for conceptualizing, designing and producing innovative and impactful omnichannel marketing materials across mediums. This position is hybrid reporting into the corporate office on Tuesdays and Weds of each week. Join us. ”Primary DutiesConceptualizes, designs and produces omnichannel digital materials including emails, landing pages, app journeys and social content.

Develops innovative concepts and approaches to the design of digital, print, and video marketing materials. Drives new approaches to design challengesResponsible for ensuring all materials fit within the requirements of the creative brief as the overarching brand positioning, design system, look & feel and meet. Meets the goals of clear communication hierarchy of the messaging – always keeping the customer at the center of their design work. Creates compelling storytelling moments for socail media and viedo assets. Troubleshoots and provides innovative solutions to design and production issues to ensure that all pieces are high quality.

Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesBachelors degree or related graphics arts degree with strong design portolio3+ years graphic design experienceProficient and strong hands-on working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign) - MAC environmentExperience in Canva and Adobe Acrobat preferedMotion Graphics experience in After Effects and Premire Pro a plusCompetencies And AttributesStrategic & Innovative thinkerRelationship builder across marketing, ecommerce, photography and development teamsAbility to multi-task with accuracyMust be able to work under pressure and meet timely execution of deadlinesWorking Conditions /Physical RequirementsThe work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, retail stores, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.
