The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings. 2024 & 2025 Graduates are welcomed to apply.Roles & Responsibilities:Collect and organize project-related cost data, invoices, and supporting documents as per guidance from senior team membersAssist in preparing preliminary cost reports, including comparisons between budgeted and actual costsFollow up with sites or technical office teams to gather missing cost-related informationParticipate in reviewing purchase requests and quotations from a cost perspective, under supervisionSupport in maintaining and updating the cost database and project filesPrepare basic reports, charts, or cost summaries required by the teamLearn and apply the company’s cost control standards, templates, and proceduresFlag any obvious cost deviations or issues to senior engineers or direct supervisorYou're a great fit if you have:Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Civil is preferred0-2 Years' of experience in a relevant fieldFluent in English, both written and spokenProficient in Microsoft Office and ERP Systems
