Cost Control Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Cost Control Engineer with a background in engineering to support the financial performance and cost tracking of construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in earned value management, and the ability to interpret complex contract clauses such as those under FIDIC. The role requires a mix of technical expertise, cost forecasting, and coordination with engineering and site teams to maintain cost efficiency and project control.ResponsibilitiesMonitor, track, and control project costs throughout the project lifecycle.Develop and maintain detailed cost reports, dashboards, and variance analysis.Track and report on project budgets, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts.Support monthly reporting, cost trending, and cash flow forecasting.Analyze deviations from budget and recommend corrective actions.Coordinate with planning, procurement, and site teams to ensure accurate cost data.Support audits, internal reviews, and project closeout cost reporting.Prepare clear and concise cost reports and presentations for management.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering.1–2 years of direct experience in cost control for construction or infrastructure projects.3–5 years of total professional experience in engineering, project controls, or related roles.Proficiency in Advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros).Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Fusion.Ability to create dashboards and visual reports using Power BI or similar tools.Solid understanding of FIDIC contracts, including Variations, EOTs, and Sub-Clause 13.8.Practical knowledge of Earned Value Management (CPI, SPI, EV vs AC).BenefitsAttractive incentives and benefitsTransportation ProvidedMedical ,social insurance and life insuranceA dynamic, growth-driven work environment
