Cost Management Staff

ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze profit and cost performance at the branch level.Ensure operational expenses stay within the approved budget.Evaluate the profitability and ROI of initiatives or promotional programs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and track cost-saving initiatives.Monitor sales and operational performance using spreadsheets and dashboards.Identify trends, variances, and issues that impact financial performance.Support data-driven performance tracking using tools such as SQL, Looker Studio, or Tableau.Manage and allocate monthly performance-based bonuses for the operations team.RequirementsMinimum 1 year of relevant experience in cost management, operations, business analysis, or financial planning.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field, with a GPA of 3.5 or above.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data automation preferred.Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Familiarity with SQL, Looker Studio, or Tableau is an advantage.Interest or basic understanding of the beauty and aesthetics industry is a plus.
