The Marketing Director Latin America will define and deliver the local adaptation of global brand edge, channel and consumer strategy to drive a profitable and sustainable At-Home and Away from Home (particularly retail franchise business in Mexico initially, and then also to other countries as the organization expands in Latin America.)The Marketing Director Will Partner With The GM, Mexico And Head Of Franchise (Americas) On Strategic And Operational Tasks Including Defining The Mexico’s Marketing Strategy And Annual Planning To Deliver The Business Plan Across All Costa Coffee Platforms, IncludingBuild brand love: drive consumer-centric solutions using data and insight to drive brand relevance, awareness and reach, recruit new users and retain existing regular consumersStrategy Development – Develop and implement comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategies and annual plans to deliver business and brand objectives.Campaign Planning and Management – Lead IMC and the thinking from planning through to execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across the marketing mix.Partner with franchise partners: develop strong relationship with franchise partners, work with them to ensure marketing strategies are aligned to global standards and ensure execution according to agreements.Local Store Marketing (including New Store Openings): deliver strategies and toolkits, and support Franchise Partners in executionWork with Head of Franchise and F&B managers to support regional beverage and food strategies and ensuring alignment with overarching brand objectives.Experiential and in market execution – secure the optimal implementation of activation and experiential, securing the consistent brand implementation and synergies across multiple platforms Including setting briefs, delivering KPIs and post campaign reportsAnnual Marketing Plan & ABP: Deliver Costa Mexico annual marketing plan that is aligned to the Global plan with nuances of local relevance and support LRP for Latin AmericaShopper marketing guidelines for omnichannel consistent brand executionAgency Management – oversee the agency relationship management of our media, social, instore, experiential, and local marketing agencies and support with our lead creative agency.Collaborate closely with global CMO to ensure alignment and flawless execution of brand strategy and guidelines across platformsThe Marketing Director is a subject matter expert and leads cross functional project teams.
