[Please note this is a Direct Search led by Bacardi, Applications from agencies will not be accepted nor will fees be paid for unsolicited CVs.]YOUR OPPORTUNITYThe Senior Analyst is in charge of performing different tasks such as costing and material views creations, keep accuracy on master data, Bacardi trading flows maintenance in costing legacy system and account reconciliations. This position is a competitive role structured to strengthen/develop a well-rounded accounting and finance skillset, which will be the foundation for advancing your career at Bacardi.The Senior Analyst is also responsible of generating reports, performing checks of the cost of sales, inventory/sales volume between different reporting systems, and analysing the drivers of the differences. During month end close, person will work in processes to ensure the integrity of the financial statements.About YouThis role requires interactions across many functions (Finance & Non-Finance), including acting as a resource to the international markets due to daily tasks in which you will need to provide customer service to different markets across the world. On the role, you will be able to drive standardization and reinforce correct procedures to make sure all the countries comply with the global guidelines.RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BEPerform tasks related to Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE) team within the Bacardi Enterprise Services, which serves over 50 business units and corporate headquarters operations.Process Sysaid Platform / Master Data Governance for Material (MDGM) tickets related to: Material creations, costing creations, cost calculations, transfer price calculations and accounting views maintenance, understanding the Bacardi trading flows. Calculation, review and posting of accounting journal entries. Execute and approve monthly Balance Sheet Account reconciliation.Purchase Price Variance analysis process.Perform month end close reconciliation across both systems, System Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP) & The Standard Cost System (STC): standard costs, inventory, sale volumes and cost of sales to ensure accuracy on financial data.Be able to respond and support auditor’s requests, including different SOX controls executed within the team.Support implementation of new projects from costing/inventory perspective.Communicate effectively with internal/external Bacardi customers as necessary to ensure that work is properly delivered and influence them to follow the correct procedures and policies. Continuously identify, propose, and execute process improvements.Execute annual processes (budget and transfer price).Generate costing/inventory reports when required, for any specific entity/business need.SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACYExperience in accounting (around 4 years), ideally with exposure to System Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP) or similar platforms.Familiarity with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). Experience using Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage his/her time efficiently. Attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly.A collaborative attitude and willingness to build positive relationships. A disciplined approach to meeting deadlines and following up on tasks.Comfort working both independently and as part of a team. Intermediate understanding of business practices and a professional approach to customer service.Openness to learning new skills and taking on new responsibilities as needed.Open to receive and provide timely feedback.Ability to train other members of the team, in a way that his/her technical mastery can be transmitted to them. English skills (written and spoken) – 85% minimum.
