This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives in a supportive and dynamic environment.Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00pmPay range: $18 - $22/hr.NotesThis position will include various administrative duties as well as required assistance with transporting clients. ResponsibilitiesAssist with the intake process for new clients entering the program.Administer drug screens/UDS for substance abuse clients.Participate in discharge planning, case management, and discharge tracking.Provide orientation for new clients.Communicate effectively with staff verbally and through written logs; responsible for detailed client logs.Maintain a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment, including crisis intervention.Coordinate client activities such as lectures, recreation, and meetings.Attend shift changes, team meetings, and company meetings.Ensure the daily client schedule is followed.Assist with client interventions and follow treatment plan objectives.Transport clients as needed.Monitor client treatment for hygiene and medical needs.Uphold therapeutic boundaries and adhere to the Staff Code of Ethics.Evaluate and provide input on the behavioral and emotional needs of clients.Help maintain the facility's upkeep.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Valid GA driver's license required.CPI and CPR/AED certification required.Preferred: Two years of experience in a behavioral health treatment setting, working with mental health programs.Experience working with both adolescents and adults preferred.Reasonable substitution of experience and education may be allowed in a related mental health field.Pyramid CORE ValuesWe are committed and proud to live our CORE values and use them to inspire those around us.
