The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance to students regarding academic and career planning, conducting individual or group sessions, assessing students’ needs, and offering tailored advice. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, staying updated on educational and career trends, and liaising with educational institutions to support student transitions. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills, active listening abilities, and empathy to effectively engage with students.Counseling expertise, career planning knowledge, and familiarity with academic advising practices.Organizational abilities and teamwork skills to manage student caseloads and collaborate with other professionals as needed.Effective communication and documentation skills for maintaining records and conveying information clearly.A bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field. A master’s degree in Counseling or related certification is highly advantageous.Previous experience in education consultancy, student counseling, or related environments is preferred but not required.
