Help us shape what product management was always meant to be.What You Will Be DoingCreate BrainLifts: Develop a dynamic set of expert insights that enhance AI tools, inform decisions, and demonstrate your domain mastery.Implement Product Iterations: Deliver small, strategic product improvements weekly, steering the product toward a defined, measurable outcome.Develop Domain Expertise: Gain in-depth, structured knowledge of a specific field to enable the team to make informed decisions and produce authoritative results.What You Won’t Be DoingSpending an entire month on a single feature. We focus on weekly feature releases.Drafting lengthy PRDs, managing backlogs, or detailing every screen and edge case.Designing technical solutions or software architecture.Basic RequirementsDirector of AI Product Management key responsibilitiesOver 4 years in a product leadership role where you crafted the vision, roadmap, and enhancements of an entire software product based on metrics or feedback (not merely a feature or module, and not for internal or custom development for a single client).Experience in managing software products for large enterprises, understanding their unique selection, purchasing, and adoption processes compared to consumer or SMB markets.A technical background for discussing data models and system designs, supported by formal education in Computer Science or at least one year of hands-on developer/coder experience.A passion for integrating AI into your work, whether in research, analysis, synthesis, or strategic planning.About TrilogyHundreds of software businesses run on the Trilogy Business Platform. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
