Join ZIM, where you can make an impact, take on meaningful challenges, and grow both personally and professionally in an innovative global company.Ready to make an impact as our next Countries Budget Planning & Control Specialist?Main Tasks:AnalysisPerformance data management – collection of data from internal/external sources, database design and connectivity to existing/new reportsMaintaining consolidation activity reports Design and production of periodic performance reports, including design of dashboardDetailed analysis of profit centers performance – trends, upturns/downturns, efficiencyProvide recommendations and alerts to management based on the analyzed dataBudget & Control Budget preparation and actual performance monitorProfit centers targets and KPIs monitoringOngoing discussions and guidance over results and ways to improve performanceAd-hoc Reports and presentationsProjects Initiate, lead and follow planned and ad-hoc projects, including process improvements and providing new management tools for big data control and efficiencyRequirements: Academic education: Economics/ Accounting/ Business managementMinimum 3 years of experience in an analytical/ economic position- a mustMaster ability in Excel (including advanced VBA, big data management) - a mustProficiency in other office tools and PowerPoint in particularExperience with analytical tools developmentHigh level of analytical skillsFluency in English language (Speaking, reading and writing)
