Deloitte, the world’s leading and largest consulting firm, is seeking a consultant for our Risk Management team for Leading Companies in the Israeli and International MarketsThe focus is on the financial sector – including banks, insurance companies, credit companies, and more. The role involves diverse work areas such as:Liquidity and market risk managementCredit risk managementModel risk management, with an emphasis on advanced models in fields like AI, including Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI (GenAI); this also involves validation and model governanceConducting gap analyses, internal audits, business process analysis, developing innovative methodologies, and global benchmarking in the worlds of financial and model risksDeveloping advanced models and supporting cross-organizational projectsThe role offers direct work and collaboration with the global firm, including integration into international project teams and leading projects with international companies. You will gain exposure to the most advanced practices in risk management and collaborate with industry-leading experts. This is a unique and challenging position that interfaces directly with the worlds of economics and finance.Your skills & expertise:Bachelor’s degree from a recognized academic institution (Master’s degree or experience as an analyst/economist is an advantage)Strong writing and document drafting skillsExcellent analytical skills1–3 years of experience in an analyst or economist roleFull proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge and experience in programming (Python, R) – significant advantageFull proficiency in Hebrew and English (speaking, reading, and writing; fluent English speakers are an advantage)Excellent interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and the ability to lead projects and processes with diverse teamsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProactive approach, innovative thinking, and a “thinking outside the box” mindsetThe position is hybrid – combining work at the office and from home.
