We are now seeking a dynamic leader to join our 100+ strong Adriatics team as the Country Leader for Serbia.About the role:In Serbia, we currently have a team of nine. As Country Leader, you will play a key role in shaping team culture and driving growth. You will have one direct report initially, with plans to expand the team in the future. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, inspire, and build a strong foundation for success in Serbia.This is a hands-on and strategic role that includes both driving the strategy of positioning SD Worx and building brand recognition as a trusted local player, focusing on small and medium enterprises, as well as reaching personal sales targets.As a Country Leader you will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success, and report to the Market Leader for Adriatics.What do we have to offer?A dynamic hybrid working environmentAdditional health insuranceChristmas and holiday allowancesPaid lunchFruit, coffee, and other refreshments available in our kitchenPaid gyms/sports clubs100% paid sick leaveLawyer counsellingOrganized events and team buildingsReferral programWorkation - possibility to work from any SD Worx location (4 weeks per year)Learning opportunities: through an individual development plan and professional trainingCareer growth: whether you want to become more of an expert in your field or want to expand your knowledge more horizontally, there is always room to grow within SD Worx!Your responsibilities include:Driving a go-to-market strategy and solution portfolio which fits with client and market needs, and helps to generate rapid growth and market penetration Accountable for driving the generation of a revenue stream and position SD Worx as a trusted HR partner on a local market Responsibility for top line growth, client retention, and the overall target of both sales objectives as well as margin health of the business gained with each new client Building network of business contacts and proactively hunt for new clients, identifying and understanding their requirements to propose the most suitable SD Worx solution Building strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure premium customer experience Working closely with teams across the organization—including product management, legal, and operations—to facilitate smooth collaborations. Creating and guiding a cost-efficient organization with a culture of engagement, innovation, continuous improvement, quality, and efficiencyWhat do you have to offer?Extensive experience selling SaaS or consulting services, from lead nurturing to deal closing, we will look for understanding of the full sales cycle and your involvement in itProven experience as a manager with a track record of success in sales in the service or/and software industry, ideally HCM. Strong managerial profile, ideally with HR relevant experience of operating in a fast-paced, commercial, international business environment. Excellent relationship building, consulting, communication and influencing skills Be a team player and an inspiring people manager with an authentic passion for customer experience, innovation & operational efficiency; Must be fluent in English and local languageFrom many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.
