Country Manager, Mexico (Part-Time / Retainer)Music Concierge – Global Music Curation AgencyAt Music Concierge, we design the soundtracks that shape guest experiences for some of the world’s most iconic hotel and restaurant brands, including Belmond, Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Pullman Hotels, Ritz-Carlton and many more.We are a global consultancy with offices in the UK, Shanghai, Bangkok and Dubai, and a team of 60 specialists delivering curated music for luxury hospitality clients in more than 60 countries.As we continue growing in Latin America, we are now looking for a Country Manager for Mexico to support both creative delivery and commercial expansion across the region.What’s the role?This is a hybrid creative and commercial role with both client-facing and hands-on responsibilities:Client & Commercial Responsibilities• Act as our in-country representative and trusted point of contact for all Mexican clients• Support the Sales Manager in sales meetings, property visits, pitches and onboarding• Help manage key accounts – ensuring smooth communication, high satisfaction and renewal success• Identify local opportunities in hotels, resorts, F&B groups, wellness and lifestyle brands• Leverage your local network to introduce Music Concierge to decision-makers and potential partners• Provide market insights, cultural knowledge and on-the-ground support for business growthCreative Responsibilities• Help shape the musical direction for hotel and F&B spaces – from concept to delivery• Provide cultural and regional insight so playlists feel authentic and connected to Mexico• Occasionally curate or refine music selections using our CMS (training provided)• Collaborate with our global creative team in London, Bangkok and DubaiWho are we looking for?We are open to two profile types – or someone who perfectly combines both:Option A: Music Background• Experience in music curation, DJing, programming, music supervision or cultural production• Strong understanding of genres, hospitality ambience, guest energy and day-part programmingOption B: Hospitality Commercial Background• Experience in sales, account management or brand partnerships for hotels, resorts or F&B groups• Strong local network and ability to open doors, build relationships and develop accountsEssential for both:• Fluent Spanish + good English• Strong communicator with natural credibility• Understanding of the Mexican hospitality landscape• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global team• Based in either Mexico City, Los Cabos or Riveria MayaWhy join us?• Represent a respected global creative agency with world-class clients• Influence the atmosphere of some of the most beautiful hotels and restaurants in Mexico• Work flexibly on a part-time / retainer basis• Opportunity to expand your role as we grow the region – potentially leading a small teamIf this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.Please send us a message with your CV or portfolio, and a short note about why you’re a great fit.
