POSITION DETAILS:Designation: CountryManager, Nordics Location: Malmö, SwedenReporting to: Vice President, Northern Europe ClusterROLE OVERVIEW/ PURPOSE:To lead the Nordics Business (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Iceland) - to exceed revenue and contribution budgets whilst developing the portfolio of products offered and building strongand useful business relationship throughout the market. Ensuringthe business remains within budgeted expenditure levels and compliant with all Government legislation.OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Financial health for the Nordics: Financially manage the Nordics business from a full P&L perspective. Accountable for all financial aspects of the business and the reporting (finance support provided) of the business on an ongoing basis accurately forecast and report all financial elements of the role in line with agreed procedures.Topline sales achievement primary and secondary for the countriesEnsure the value and volume mix for the sales numbers to ensure that we have a demand led growth in the countriesMeet the budgeted GC/ EBIDTA projections yoy Ensure budgeted annual and quarterly cash flow from the operations Gain Rank and Market Share Growth in line with stated annual objectives Manage expenses growth below topline growth Undertaking timely and accurate annual budgeting, forecasting and business planning for sustainabilityDrive Sustainable Growth: Ensure Brand Development: Supervise on brand-marketing strategies for RX and OTC (incl. SFE) & maximize return on investment for the brands Working closely with Product strategy and BD Group to capitalize on untapped business opportunities including filling in product gaps through in licensing and partnerships Work with product strategy and regulatory to ensure that there is a robust middle and long term rolling filing strategy to ensure sustained revenue over timeBuild Organizational Capability: Build and supervise robust sales and marketing processes (incl. Tender/pricing, FC, SLOB). Hire and retain best in class talent within the country Effectively network to build, ensure that team members build positive relationships across the organization and work across a cross-functional matrix organization for quick decisions. Develop relationships with all customers in the Nordics that allows business to achieve a beneficial multi-level relationship with all businesses.KEYRELATIONSHIPS/STAKEHOLDERS:ExternalCustomers, Government agencies,health authorities, tendering bodies and healthInsurance companies Other generic and Pharma CompaniesDESIRED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:Minimum 5 years experience of the Nordics Generics Market,particularly the structure of the tender models, and preferably experience of the overall Pharma market in the Nordics. Hands on experience of having managed a major wholesale account previously.Knowledge and SkillsGood understanding of regulatory frameworks, pathways and reimbursement process/models for the country Resourceful, strategic and analytical thinker and creative problem solverDriven to deliverquality results on time and in a highly ethicaland professional manner Excellent interpersonal, presentation, networking, analytical and negotiation skillsOrganized and logical,and at the same time with a high degreeof flexibility to change direction when needed Good understanding of business operations managementBehavioural AttributesExperienced business managerwith the abilityto flex the style to suit the changingneeds of the business. Talent identification and acquisition is a key skill.
